1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all online courses purchased on the HuiNiao ZhiXue (DIYGPA) platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Technical issues: If a platform technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased course and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund
Duplicate charge: If a system error results in a duplicate charge, we will refund the full amount of the duplicate payment

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Purchases where the refund request period has expired
Courses where the completion progress exceeds the specified percentage
Courses purchased with a coupon or at a promotional price (unless otherwise stated)
Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

Steps to request a refund:

Contact our support team by email or WeChat and state your reason for the refund
Provide your order number and registered email address
We will review your request within 5 business days
Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
